RETURN FORM
Return Procedure:
The buyer benefits of 14 days period to withdraw from the distance contract by purchasing products from the website www.tria-alfa.ro, without having to justify the decision to withdraw. The 14-day period begins to run from the day when the Buyer or a third part other than the courier and indicated by the Buyer enters the physical possession of the products.
Buyer will return the product (s) with intact identification elements (logo label) together with the related accessories in the condition they were received by the Buyer together with the fiscal invoice in any packaging to ensure the transport of the product safely ( it’s not necessary to keep the original packaging). If the products arrive at the Seller incomplete or in a condition other than the one in which they were sent by the Seller due to the negligence of the Buyer and without the requested documents, the products will not be received by the Seller.
The buyer is obliged to inform the professional of his decision to withdraw from the contract before the expiration of the withdrawal period. For this purpose, the Buyer can choose one of the following:
a) to use the template for withdrawal form provided below;
b) to make any other unequivocally declared withdrawal from the contract by e-mail office@tria-alfa.ro or
It is considered that the Buyer exercised his right of withdrawal during the withdrawal period of 14 days if the communication regarding the right of withdrawal is communicated by the Buyer before the expiration of this period to the following addresse :

The Seller will refund all amounts representing the return value of the returned products and received it as payment from the Purchaser without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the date on which it is informed of the withdrawal decision, using the payment-transfer method in the buyer's account.
If the product is returned to a state where it can no longer be sold as a new one, the Seller reserves the right to charge a refund for the initial (if possible) return or to cover the difference in price resulting from the sale of the product as second-hand or, at the customer's option, will re-dispatch the product at its expense. This clause applies in accordance with OUG 34/2014, in the case of purchasing products from this site using remote communication techniques, applying the definitions contained in OUG 34/2014
Products that are custom-made on customer's request or clearly personalized for it are not returned, and are subject to OUG 34/2014. Article 16: The consumer may not unilaterally denounce the following types of contract, unless otherwise agreed by the parties: c) Contracts for the supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or distinctly personalized products, as well as to those which by their nature they can not be returned or can be degraded or damaged quickly.
Buyer will have to bear the cost of returning products in case of withdrawal. This obligation is also valid in the hypothesis that products by their very nature can not normally be returned by mail.
The return of the product will be made by the buyer via the courier company FAN COURIER (021-9336) - Romania and DHL- foreign countries, at:
